Travelling northbound (from Falmouth and South Cornwall)

1. Follow the A39 towards Truro.

2. Continue onto Morlaix Avenue

3. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Treyew Road (A390) towards the city centre.

4. Continue along Treyew Road and turn right onto Edward Street.

5. Richmond House will be on your left.

Travelling southbound (from the A30 and North Cornwall)

1. Leave the A30 at the Truro exit and follow signs for the city centre via the A390.

2. Continue onto Morlaix Avenue.

3. Take the exit onto Treyew Road (A390).

4. Turn right onto Edward Street.

5. Richmond House is located a short distance along the road.
