Background and expertise
Katie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2003, having worked in family law since the millennium. Katie worked in specialist family law departments in Reading before returning to her native Cornwall to work for a local boutique family law firm. Katie joined Walker Family Law in 2026 and covers the Cornwall area. Katie continues to assist clients with financial disputes related to marriage or relationship breakdown. Her specialisms include those involving business assets, the family farm and pensions. Katie also assists clients with disputes regarding children.
Spare time
Katie enjoys reading trashy novels, baking for her large brood of children and listening to George Michael and Trevor Nelson’s “Old Skool Classics” (to the disgust of said large brood).
