Background
Sally qualified as an accountant in 2010 and has varied industry experience working at a senior level across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, entertainment and hospitality. Sally’s inquisitive nature helps her to understand processes and implement efficient workflows. She has worked at two South West solicitors’ firms and gained qualifications in the Solicitors Accounts Rules from the Institute of Legal Finance and Management. Sally has gained experience in Practice working at Francis Clark specialising as a solicitors accounts auditor before having a finance career break to grow a wedding film making business for 5 years before returning to a 9-5 role in early 2024 for a better work life balance.
Spare Time
Sally is a regular on the slopes of Europe, snowboarding and enjoying après ski. She comes from a Welsh rugby family and has played, but hung up her boots after a serious leg break spoilt the fun. Now she enjoys watching from the side lines. Sally has a grown-up son who is studying criminology and she lives at home with her husband, her two stepdaughters and their two cats Sharky & George.
