Miranda Martin

Background

Miranda joined Walker Family Law in July 2024 and brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise from across a wide business spectrum, having worked in Manufacturing, Charities, Local Government, and the Schools Sector. Miranda has spent over 25 years working within HR and Training and has specialised in management development, employee relations and EDI.

Throughout her career Miranda has supported diverse teams, both locally and across the EU, across all development stages, including apprentices, traineeships, graduate programmes, and management development. Miranda is passionate about all employees having a voice and being able to feel supported and having the opportunity to develop, both personally and professionally through work. It is important to Miranda that all employees feel that sense of belonging and understand what their place is in the organisation.

Spare time

Outside work Miranda spends all her spare time running around after two young children and walking her two very lively dogs. Before children Miranda loved to travel and now spends her spare moments dreaming of travelling again.
