Lev Boreiko

Associate Chartered Legal Executive

Background and Expertise

Lev’s initial introduction into law was through Her Majesties Court and Tribunal Services further to completing his law degree. He worked for the court for a period of two years which enabled him to obtain an extremely wide range of experience.

He subsequently moved to private practice working in Somerset and Devon in 2015. He has always specialised in family law dealing with divorce and resolution of finances arising from separation, private children matters (disputes over Contact, Specific Issues and Prohibited Steps Orders), Injunctive Proceedings and Cohabitee Disputes.

Lev has a particular interest in divorce and financial resolution cases involving cryptocurrency, pensions and business interest.

“I believe that Family Law is an extremely personal service with each case needed to be judged on its own merits. I pride myself on thinking “outside the box” in resolving disputes and giving a personal service to each and every individual.  I am a mindful and approachable individual but also a firm negotiator which allows me to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.

The reason I specialise in Family Law is because unlike many other areas of law, this is a very personal offering.  No two days are the same and you regularly must think on your feet.”

Spare Time

“I have a 12 year old son who keeps me occupied most weekends. In my spare time, I enjoy watching rugby (we are blessed with good rugby teams in the South West), walking the dog and escaping to the coast when time allows.”
