Nhair is a solicitor in the Divorce and Relationships team.

Nhair is a dedicated and passionate family lawyer specialising in matters concerning divorce and finance, as well as injunctions and private children matters. Nhair brings a fresh perspective and a deep commitment to supporting families through challenging times.

Nhair graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of the West of England and had a keen interest in family law and alternative dispute resolution throughout her studies. Following her undergraduate studies, Nhair completed the Legal Practice Course and a Master’s in Law at The University of Law, further solidifying their legal knowledge and practical skills.

Nhair has previous experience as a Personal Injury paralegal at Lyons Davidson in Bristol prior to joining Walker Family Law in September 2020 as a paralegal. She started a specialist family law training contract with the firm in September 2022 and qualified as solicitor in March 2024.

Throughout her training and post qualification, Nhair has worked on and successfully settled a variety of family law cases, including divorce, division of the family assets, civil partnership dissolution, domestic abuse, private children matters and injunctions.

Nhair understands the emotional and financial stress that family law issues can place on individuals and families, and she is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring that her clients feel supported and well-informed every step of the way.

Nhair is a member of Resolution and a dedicated Legal Aid lawyer, offering her services to those who might not otherwise have access to legal representation in private children cases.

Spare Time

In her spare time, Nhair enjoys dancing salsa and cold-water swimming anywhere on the Devon coast.
