We have 5 current and 2 former children panel members, 2 Law Society accredited mediators, an arbitrator and finance accreditations within our team. Ian Walker is the long standing Chair of Devon region Resolution and a member of Resolution’s Dispute Resolution Committee. We are in the Legal 500. Required profile You will be a talented and personable lawyer who wants a career in Family Law/Child Care Law. We are looking for Law Graduates with good degrees Having completed LPC or who are undertaking their LPC/SQE on a part-time basis Able to drive and with car Good IT skills Committed to working in Devon and Somerset Committed to access to justice and social justice. Good sense of humour. Talented lawyers looking for a long term career in family law. There will be an initial period as a paralegal so that we can get to know each other and make sure we are the right fit for each other. 12 months if already have LPC, 24 months if you are part time LPC/SQE. We can allow 6 months of this towards training contract. Salary: £market rate But there is very much a long-term opportunity. Start Date ASAP – but we can wait a little for the right candidate.
