We are thrilled to welcome Paul Sykes to our team.

Paul Sykes -Experienced and very respected

Paul is a Leading Children Law Solicitor in the South West and has spent his entire legal career with Somerset based solicitors.

Paul is particularly well known and respected by all family law practitioners in Somerset.

Paul Sykes qualified as a solicitor on 1986 and was admitted to the prestigious Law Society Children Panel in 1993 (now called the Law Society Child Law Accreditation Scheme) and has been a member ever since, representing countess children and parents in complex and sensitive cases. Paul is also a respected advocate.

A fantastically experienced Children Law Team

legalIan Walker says;

I am absolutely delighted that Paul has joined our team.

Our children law team now includes 6 members of the Law Society Children Panel, namely; myself, Sarah Hindle (Head of our Children Law Team and formerly of leading London practice – Bindmans), Kim Stradling (… AKA, the outstanding Kim Stradling), Sandy Powell (… the highly experienced and lovely…) Rosie Roddy (also formerly of Bindmans) and now Paul. This gives us an extraordinary level of experience and expertise in complex children law cases.

Our Children Law team also includes solicitors Nicole Phare, Galina Labworth, Alice Beck and Elle West and some very talented trainee solicitors/legal executives and paralegals.

In my opinion we now have the strongest team of Children Law specialist solicitors in the South West. They are a fantastic team. The importance of strength and depth is that between us we have represented clients in a vast range of complex and difficult cases – which means that clients can have confidence that they will be very well looked after by us.

I have known Paul for a long time and have had a number of cases when he has represented another party and I know from long experience what a good solicitor and good person he is. I am very very pleased that he chose to join us ahead of a number of alternatives. I think that also says something of the strength and inclusivity of the team that we have built.

Welcome to our team Paul
