We are fast approaching our year end. This will mark our four-year anniversary. It started as just me and a computer, now there are 4 of us. We shortly be moving to a larger office and have further plans for the next year which are well in the pipeline. We will have met our financial target for the year. We are confident that we will grow further. We achieve a good stream of work though our website and via referrals.

A consultant or employed – but scope for flexible working

We have a platform which allows dynamic working (working from home is possible!) (which means that for the right person we can expand the area we cover)

We have Legal Aid Contracts for Family Law and for Family Mediation

A family law specialist – or even a special family lawyer/mediator

I am looking for the right person to join our team.

A Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive

A family law specialist – or even a special family lawyer

Possibly a Mediator (FMCA would be ideal – but perhaps working toward it!)(mediation isn’t essential though)

Comfortable with advocacy

Good IT skills

Ambitious and determined

A good team player

Committed to the Resolution Code and way (not just paying lip service)

Committed to the use of Dispute Resolution

Be part of a team committed to family law

I need someone who will add to our team. We all get on well and there is room for another in our gang. We are committed to family law, we are committed to Legal Aid and doing things the Resolution Way and being the best lawyers and mediators that we can be. We also committed to being Non Corporate!
